You would be forgiven for thinking April Fool's day had come early after reading the misleading articles in The Express and The Mail regarding a "salt ban" in fish and chip shops.

Thankfully The Guardian puts the whole affair in to sensible perspective.

At Fryz, our solution has always been to train staff to first ask, then give a small amount of salt so that customers can request more if they require.

Recently, in The Express, there appeared vouchers for 2-for-1 fish and chips. Now, we are usually involved in these promotions but we appear to have been over looked this time. Regardless, we will honour these vouchers at Fryz!
