Fryz would like to congratulate Robert and Alison Smith and all the team at 'Anstruther Fish Bar' in Fife who were crowned 'Fish & Chip Shop of the Year' today.
Anstruther Fish Bar were crowned as champions after a rigorous judging process which included a customer vote, taste tests, two intense rounds of shop inspections and a presentation to a panel of industry experts.
Colmans of South Shields was named the second best shop in the country with North West regional winners, Thornton Fisheries, coming in third place.
