Fryz opened for business exactly one year ago today. Fryz management would like to thank all our customers for making our first year so successful.

One of the highlights of the past year was reaching the 2nd round of the National Fish & Chip shop of the Year competition. We intend to make further progress in this year's competition.

Treasure the moment with chips at Fryz this National Chip Week 12th–18th February 2007. The event, organised by the British Potato Council, celebrates chips as one of our national treasures. During the week pop into Fryz for a portion of tasty chips and the chance to win some great prizes.

Fryz will be encouraging everyone to treasure the moment with chips. We will be decorating the shop to join in the National Chip Week celebrations. You will also be able to scratch and win some great prizes:

• Treasure sporty moments with 100s of footballs
• Treasure tasty moments with 1000s of portions of chips
