Fryz would like to congratulate Mark and Pete Petrou and all the team at 'Petrou Brothers' in Chatteris who were crowned 'Fish & Chip Shop of the Year' earlier this month.

Fryz was up against the Petrou Brothers in the early stages of the competition and, by all accounts, Fryz narrowly missed out on reaching the next round of the competition instead of Mark and Pete's shop. It is some comfort to know that Fryz exited the competition to the eventual winners!

We have been in touch with Mark Petrou to congratulate him on his accolade and we have been genuinely impressed by his support and encouragement for Fryz. Mark has even gone so far as to tip Fryz as a finalist in this year's competition.
