A judge from the Fish & Chip Shop of the Year Competition paid an unannounced visit to Fryz today. We feel the visit went really well. Judges will visit and inspect all shops in the area that have reached the 2nd round of the competition (11 shops in total this year). One shop from these 11 will then be chosen to represent the area in the next round. The area that Fryz is in consists of three counties; Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Rutland.
