About Fryz
Fryz is a traditional takeaway fish & chip shop that was amongst the first businesses to open at the newly developed Bretton Centre in Peterborough. Fryz opened for business on Monday 13th February 2006.
Fryz is enthusiastic about fish & chips. We regularly enter the prestigious Seafish Fish & Chip Shop of the Year Competition and have obtained 5 stars in the Fish Friers Quality Award.
We have obtained 5 stars in Peterborough City Council's "Scores on the Doors" scheme for food hygiene.
Fryz scooped first place in the Perfect Portion Awards in the East region! Fryz is listed in The Times "10 Best Places to Eat Chips in Britain".
Our objective is to become Peterborough’s premier fish & chip takeaway.
Fryz is owned and operated by partners Caroline Brownlee and Robert Brownlee. We intend to use our website to allow our customers to obtain the latest Fryz news. We also hope that it will give our customers an easy way to contact us with any comments or suggestions they may have.
