Fryz owners Rob and Caz would like to welcome you to the Fryz website. Fryz is an award winning fish & chip takeaway at the Bretton Centre in Peterborough that opened for business on Monday February 13th 2006.

Fryz are proud to be holders or the prestigious Seafish Fish Friers Quality Award. The award is presented to friers who meet exacting standards of quality throughout their business, from good fish and chips to helpful, friendly staff, high levels of hygiene, and good practices in handling and cooking food. Fryz is ranked as a 5 Star shop under the scheme - only the very best Fish & Chip shops are bestowed with this honour, so you can be totally assured of quality Fish & Chips at Fryz. Fryz is currently the only shop in Peterborough to hold the award.
Furthermore, we are proud to have achieved the maximum 5 stars under Peterborough City Council's "Scores on the Doors" scheme.
The scheme gives the public the opportunity to make informed choices about where they choose to eat or buy food based on food safety.
